Eh-heheh. Don't worry. It's just a passing FY phase. It's so wonderfully cheesy and old school that I can't help but love it. :heart:

So, here's Tasuki/Genro in my own weird hybrid anime style! It was originally just meant as a quick sketchy sketch, but my things just never turn out to be quick. -_-;
I think the episode where they're all caught in the middle of a storm, and Tasuki uses his fan for a chibi-mini-recca shinen has got to be one of the funniest things I've seen in an anime. So unexpected that I snorted tea and digestive biscuits all over my keyboard. XDD~~

Edit: Sorry for spamming you all. >;) I've updated with a slightly edited version thanks to some crits from ~oz-haver ! Thank you dear! :D I'll put the old version in scraps, if any of you can be arsed to compare. (haha, yea right :P)

i <3 you ;v; tasuki is awesome XD hahaha and so is this pic!! your style is very cool... you managed to get the semi-realism while still making it really look like him.. ooo, you inspire me to draw tasuki now :3 awesome picture.. it's just lovely~~

Great job on the coloring, I see you are refining your style a bit. I'm curious if you did any smudging, because you can't tell, unlike some people who start with digital and like totally rape and abuse the smudge tool. If you didn't, it's pretty damn flawless. :P Totally digging the colors, the orange is TO DIE FOR. It has a really cool energy to it. Nice work, you paint like its nothin'.

*pokes* YEH...DO MORE. FEED ME!!!! *does encouragement dance*

Really, tho, you've picked it up so well, I think that if you keep practicing with it, you'll be like a total badass with a wacom. Kicking some serious RGB ASS!! Rass! ;)

Wow--beautiful work! The colors are really vibrant and give this so much personality. Can't say I actually know the anime (I rarely get to watch anime ^^; ) but it's still tres cool. ;P Did I mention I adore the way you do hair? Right, I'll go now before I start to scare you. :giggle: Excellent job. :)
